  Found some great stuff! We were looking for toys... A little pricey, but good quality. Small toy section. Also found some nice sofas on sale this week. The cashier set-up is a little confusing. Random desks throughout.

  So much for shop local! I took my son in to buy some dress-shirts for his birthday, and they didn't have a lot of stock in his size. These were regular stock items. I was told to shop online! The salespersons new how to measure him for sizes, but they were rude, disinterested and unattentive. I can get better treatment from a computer. Very disappointing! I took my business to a different store. I really prefer to shop in person, but not for the kind of treatment I got at Hudson's Bay.

  Quality is excellent at every Hudson's Bay. One of the few super classy stores around. We are so lucky to have this department store! I buy most of my gifts at this store b/c it's top quality and affordable.

  I just placed on order over the phone from the furniture department, Sales Associate, Billy, was excellent. He was helpful, pleasant and very respectful. (difficult to find these days). An asset to your organization. Oh yeah and the process for ordering went smoothly and was very convenient.

  One of the things I hate about the bay is why is there no fitting rooms in the plus size section and you have to walk across the store to find one. And why is there only one cash by the fitting room. Always a line up here. And people are not nice. Only nice encounters I've had is at the Mac counter and Lancome.
